Luxury 16th Century bed and breakfast situated in the centre of Llangollen, offering the charm and beauty of a traditional Welsh home with modern comforts.

A collection of three Sixteenth Century houses commanding views of the River Dee make up this unique, five-star B&B. It is situated on the river Dee. Ideal for walkers and well under a mile from the Offa's Dyke, not far from Dinas Bran Castle which can be seen from the house, the canal where you can take a horse drawn boat ride is two minutes away. The Llangollen railway is also two minutes away from us and you can catch a steam train up to Carrog and back.

The first property includes the River and Oak rooms, residents lounge and inglenook breakfast room. The second contains a ground floor suite overlooking the river. Finally, the luxury rooms reside in what was the Red Lion Inn of old coaching days, which is particularly homely as the fires are lit in the cooler months. After a good nights sleep you can enjoy one of the B&B's famous Welsh breakfasts using locally sourced produce, a vegetarian option is also available. Free car parking passes are provided on arrival for use in any of the town's car parks, located just a minute away, and it also has a lockable garage available for cars and motorcycles.

Each room is beautifully decorated with its own character and charm. Refurbished and modern fixtures and fittings make for a wonderful mix of a traditional Welsh home with the creature comforts of the 21st Century. Rooms come fully-equipped with a television and DVD player, as well as a mini-fridge and wine chiller. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and cakes are offered, too.
