The comfortable lounge is furnished to a high standard and to enhance your stay, it is equipped with sky TV & a DVD player. The Lodge is centrally heated and double glazed throughout and outside has an enclosed paved area with garden furniture. A no smoking and no pets policy applies. Occupants of the Lodge have access to 16 acres of parkland bordering the lake which is a touring caravan and camping park during the Summer months. There is access for sailing, canoeing and fishing throughout the year. The Aran, Arenig, Berwyn and Cader Idris mountain ranges are all nearby and there is an abundance of local walks to suit everyone. The small market town of Bala is 3 miles away with plenty of small shops, restaurants, pubs, golf course, cinema and a leisure centre
