Originally built as a holiday home for a wealthy Victorian family in 1878 and sympathetically converted to retain all of the original character, Bryn Derwen offers a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, illustrated by repeat bookings. An ornate pitch pine staircase leads to nine individually designed, spacious ensuite bedrooms. They are centrally heated with thermostatic controls on each radiator so you can choose the most comfortable level of heat to meet your needs.

The delicate sense of historical context is reflected in the superb stain glass windows and fine period furniture in the garden lounge, complementing the feel of a country house. There is also a comprehensive hospitality tray which is replenished daily and consists of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, delicious Welsh cookies, mineral water and hand made chocolates from a local Artisan Chocolatier. Our ensuites have Mira showers or baths, Cavendish and Clarke toiletries and soft fluffy towels. A modern beauty complex run under the personal supervision of a fully qualified international health and beauty specialist. The salon offers a comprehensive range of beauty, slimming and relaxation treatments including facials, massage, manicures, pedicures, waxing and electrolysis.

A 10% reduction on all treatments is available to guests of the Bryn Derwen. We also have our own car park. Menus are changed daily and produce is locally sourced wherever possible. In your room, you will also find a leather bound guide containing useful information such as places to eat, a town map and a list of DVDs available to view free of charge. Exit the A55 at the sign for Llandudno and join the A470 towards Llandudno. As you approach the town take your third exit at the Links Hotel roundabout, going straight over the next roundabout to the promenade.At the mini roundabout turn left along the seafront and proceed until you reach the Cenotaph then turn left and go straight over the roundabout. At the next roundabout go straight over then take the second right onto York Road where you will see the Bryn Derwen directly in front of you
