The Cliffbury Guest House in Llandudno caters mainly for the over 25's, is 100% non smoking and unable to take pets and children under 11yrs. We have a small private car park for up to 3 cars and extra free parking in St David's Road at the front of the property.

Directions
Taking the A470 from the A55 signposted LLANDUDNO. After three miles you approach the town along CONWAY ROAD. a dual carriageway. Keep to the left as you pass the ASDA Store on your left. Follow the road past the railway station which is on your left, and then turn left at the first set of traffic lights into TRINITY AVENUE. Take the fourth exit on the right into ST DAVID'S ROAD and the THE CLIFFBURY is almost immediately on the left.
