Caravan & Camping accommodation ideally situated for hiking the Snowdonia mountains

The site has recently being upgraded from a basic farm field camp, to a more camper friendly site. So far we have added toilets and showers, a laundry/drying room, and a small kitchen area with fridge and freezer. There is also electric points for phone charging, blowing up air beds etc. The campsite being on farmland is on a 'find your own pitch' style, as there is no specific numbered pitches. We are working on certain areas to have specific pitches that can be booked, this will be available summer 2008. We are hoping to add a disabled facility in the very near future and new toilets, showers and an elsan disposal point.

The campsite is actually in Llanberis itself, giving campers freedom and choice of pubs and places to eat. Being only half a mile down the road, it's just a 5 minute walk away from the main village centre, ideally sited for exploring this ever popular town. Small word of warning though, it is quite a steep hill back up!

Rooms Description

Centrally heated shower and toilet rooms. With shaver point in gents. Heating is only on in the colder months, or during cold and wet spells in summer. Small laundry/drying room, equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, this room is heated and has clothes airers and hooks for drying wet over clothes. Iron and board, hairdryer, and baby bath available from house on request. Small kitchen area with microwave, fridge and freezer, and electric point for charging phones, blowing up air beds, hairdryer etc.

Specialities

As it is part of a working farm we do ask you to be careful if bringing young children or dogs. We do ask for children small and not so small to be accompanied at all times. We do allow dogs but they must kept on a leash and under control at all times. Extra large groups can also be catered for, 50+people, they need to book and pay a deposit in advance. All groups of 10 or more should contact us before staying.
