Coedllys is situated on the lower side of a valley, known locally as Paradise Valley, and benefits from outstanding views over the local countryside towards Pembrokeshire and the surrounding Carmarthenshire countryside. Coedllys is a beautifully renovated Georgian farmhouse and offers superb luxury bed and breakfast accommodation. Please note that we only accommodate children over 12 years old.
During your stay at Coedllys Country House B&B if you are interested in visiting local attractions and places of interest we highly recommend the following key attractions. The Dylan Thomas Boat House- Laugharne, Millennium Coastal Path - Llanelli meanders through approximately 20 miles of local coastline, passing through local areas of interest. Lass Foss race course, Nearby Pembrey Motorsport Centre provides varied motorsport activities including Formula Ford, go-karting and car racing. National Botanical Gardens - The Garden of Wales is the first national botanic garden to be created in the United Kingdom for over 200 years. The National Wetland Centre, Stretching over 450 acres on the Burry Inlet, this magnificent mosaic of lakes, pools and lagoons is home to countless wild species. Families can have hours of fun in the indoor, interactive Millennium Discovery Centre and children can crawl and slide through the unique tunnels of Water Vole City. St Davids - the worlds smallest city is a beautiful and unique city surrounded by some of the finest coastline in Europe. There are many more attractions too numerous to mention but the B&B will be happy to recommend and advise.
Coedllys Country House B&B has 3 guest bedrooms available, all of a generous size with lovely views overlooking beautiful scenic and open countryside. Each room is beautifully furnished with antiques and luxurious fabrics and linens. All of our guest rooms include a large and comfortable sofa to allow for additional relaxation for your stay. All rooms have flat screen TV's with Free View, DVD players, extensive hospitality trays, wonderful pamper baskets, soft long bathrobes, slippers and the usual hair dryer, clock-radio alarm, free Wi-Fi, i-pod players etc. All to help you have a wonderful relaxing time. With a charm and style of their own, all guest rooms are designed to be unique yet all offer the same level of luxury and comfort. After a good nights sleep start the day with a delicious cooked breakfast. Using fresh eggs from our free range chickens and locally sourced produce, breakfast can be as big or light as you wish. Val will cook two course candlelit suppers - two to three times a week, by prior arrangement. All meals will be freshly prepared using local produce, where possible.
Superb indoor facilities. Open mid-April to end September. Sauna, heated Hydropool exercise swimming pool (as used by Olympic swimmers for training) with Bubble Jet Massage seating for two, running machine and elliptical trainer (cross trainer). Shower room, WC and relaxing area. The use of these facilities - (the first hour) is included in the price of your room, and is exclusive to you - maximum two persons only. Users must be over 18 years. Please book the facilities when booking your room as it is very popular. There is a small charge for persons wishing to extend use from 1 to 2 hours.
