This lovingly restored Victorian country retreat on the outskirts of the historical township of Laugharne, famous for its castle and the Welsh poet, Dylan Thomas. All the wonders of West Wales are on the doorstep, including Pembrokeshire National Park, picturesque beaches, rugged countryside and Pendine sands. The house is set in 7 acres of woodland, with breathtaking views over Carmarthen Bay and beyond to Devon.

The hotel buildings originated 300 years ago, with a new West wing and Orangery being added in 1914, now licensed for civil weddings, in delightful surroundings. Our restaurant is open lunchtime for bar meals and evenings for ala carte. Our famous Sunday Lunch Carvery with a choice of 3 hand carved meats and wide selection of vegetables and potatoes with options for vegetarians and children make a relaxing and enjoyable Sunday afternoon.
