The hamlet is located on the easter shore of the Teifi Estuary, just a few miles outside Cardigan, making this the ideal base for a self catering holiday in the area. The property enjoys a breathtaking position on the cliffs overlooking Cardigan Bay, home of the Bottlenose Dolphins.

Golygfa Deg is within walking distance of an 18 and 9 hole golf course and fantastic beaches, the larger of which are suitable for water sports. Beach activities such as kiting at Poppit sands, kayaking at Tresaith and sailing at Aberporth are available. There is an abundance of wildlife in the local area and both seals and dolphins are regularly sighted along this rugged and beautiful coastline. The sights of this magnificent stretch of coastline can be enjoyed from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which starts just across the bay at Poppit Sands.
