Choose between a traditional Welsh farmhouse for 2-6 people or one of the barn cottages for couples. An idyllic country retreat for the more discerning visitor. The properties are superbly located less than two miles from the attractive market town of Lampeter where visitors will find a range of individual shops, pubs and eating establishments.

There are a range of facilities on site for the whole family. These include a children's play area with picnic tables in a lovely grassy field overlooking the Teifi Valley. There are a variety of paths to wander through the surrounding four acres of meadows, which are perfect for kite flying. The surrounding area is a birdwatcher's paradise where visitors may be able to spot red kite, nuthatch, woodpecker and goldfinch among others. We also have a games barn which includes a pool table, table tennis table, board games, jigsaws, books and tourist information to help you plan the day ahead.

Rooms Description

Coedmor is five star graded and sleeps between four and six people. Woodpecker is four star graded and sleeps two people. Red kite is four star graded and sleeps two people. Each cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, liquidiser, toaster and the full complement of crockery and utensils. In the lounge, there is a widescreen digital TV, DVD, CD player and a range of DVD players. There is a wood burning stove to accompany the full central heating and the first basket of logs is absolutely free. Outside, there is a garden or terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Hand made freezer meals are available from the award winning 'chef on board' and breakfast hampers made up of organic Welsh produce can be arranged. Should you be celebrating a special occasion then we can arrange for champagne, flowers and chocolates by request. Adult bikes suitable for those above the age of 6 are available for hire.
