The Giltar Hotel in Tenby is wonderfully situated on the Esplanade of this picturesque harbour town and enjoys stunning views of the golden sands of the South Beach towards the beautiful monastic Caldey Island. The historic town walls with its medieval cobbled streets, pretty coloured houses and working fishing harbour is just a short walk away, making this the ideal venue for any holiday in Tenby. This is probably the prettiest seaside town in Wales and rivals places like Megavissey and Polperro for its quaintness and charm.

The hotel restaurant enjoys panoramic views of the sea towards Caldey, a beautiful environment in which to savour the fabulous dishes produced by our executive chef and his crew. Our menu showcases the best of local Pembrokeshire produce, simply cooked to make the most of natural flavours. The menu is seasonal and among the favourites are Welsh Black fillet steaks; locally landed lobster; bread freshly baked on the premises daily; a spicy crab risotto; locally sourced vegetables and salad leaves.

Guests at the Giltar Hotel in Tenby have the choice of Premier and Deluxe sea view rooms, all of which have en-suite facilities. Deluxe Rooms have the wow factor with extra space, large bathrooms and king sized beds. Rear rooms are Standard and have high quality furnishing along with lovely views of the town and bowling green.

The restaurant and bar are wheelchair accessible via the ramp at the entrance. There is a ground floor ramp accessed WC. Baby changing is provided in the disabled toilet and the ladies toilet. High chairs are available and can be booked in advance. There is a residents car park towards the rear of the building.
