Deva Holiday Flats - Llandudno

Deva self catering holiday flats are situated in a prime location in the centre of Llandudno. Three self contained apartments sleeping one to four people.

Deva is a detached residence, conveniently situated on the level and in the centre of Llandudno, being about 10 minutes' walk from both the promenades of the North Shore and the West Shore. It is close to the railway station, as well as the shops, restaurants and amenities associated with this very popular seaside town. There are just three flats in all, one on the first floor, and two on the ground floor. When the property was converted into self-contained flats, all were given their own totally separate entrances, and the latest guidelines were strictly adhered to, such as soundproofing between floors, resulting in a very quiet house. There is an unobstructed parking space for each of the flats in our car park at the front of the property.

The first floor flat has one double and one twin size room and is suitable for four adults. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining table for four. The front ground floor flat has one twin bedroom and is equipped for two adults. The fully fitted kitchen has a dining table for two. There is a small tiled area at the front of this flat, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. There is also a patio area for guests in flat 1. Number 3 is a ground floor flat with one double bedroom. The dining area has seating for two and there is a private patio with outdoor furniture should you decide to dine al fresco. All flats have comfortable lounge areas equipped with colour television for your entertainment.

No 1. First Floor Apartment has an individual entrance to a self contained two bed roomed property equipped for up to four adults, with a comfortable lounge, including TV and video, fully electric fitted kitchen with dining table for four. One room includes a double bed and the 2nd has two singles. Both bedrooms have built in wash basins. The flat has one bathroom with shower over bath and a toilet and there is also a separate toilet. The 2nd Front Ground Floor apartment also has an individual entrance, sleeps up to two people and has a comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen with microwave oven and dining table for two. The bedroom has two single beds. The flat has a tiled bathroom with shower over bath. The 3rd ground floor flat with separarte entrance and patio sleeps two adults in a spacious double bed and also contains living area, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, with shower over bath. The private patio has a table with two chairs for guests to relax in.
