The Greenbank Hotel and Restaurant occupies a convenient location above the A5, the route which was historically taken by the King on his way to his estates in North Wales and on Anglesey. The hotel is based in a lovingly restored Victorian Townhouse overlooking the historic town of Llangollen, boasting views over the town and the ruins of Bryn Dinas.

The town of Llangollen has a host of tiny shops and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. In addition to this there are plenty of interesting historic places to explore and many walking trails and day trips within easy reach. Alternatively, if you are looking for a more relaxing break, enjoy a lazy morning in the guest lounge or sunny courtyard. Coffee and a selection of homemade cakes and treats are available throughout the day.
