Situated on a wooded hillside with wonderful views of the Glaslyn Estuary and the hills beyond over to the wooded headland of Portmeirion. This three bedroom house is ideally situated in the pretty harbour side village of Borth y Gest from which you can explore the many attractions this beautiful part of Wales has to offer. Attractions within easy reach include the Snowdonia National Park, Criccieth, Harlech and Caernarfon castles, Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways and the Itailanate village of Portmeirion.

Borth y Gest has exceptional sea and mountain views, a lovely beach walk to unspoilt sandy coves, shop, tea shop and Bistro overlooking the estuary. The house offers year round comfortable accommodation and is an ideal base from which to enjoy your seaside holiday, be it action packed with activities such as water sports, golf, walking or sailing or a more relaxing one watching the estuary's ever changing views from the lounge.

The lounge has an excellent view of the estuary & hills beyond and is equipped with an LCD TV, DVD, PS2, CD player and remote control flame effect fire for your comfort and enjoyment. The fully fitted kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, etc and houses a dining table to seat six. Downstairs wc & basin.Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one has a lovely view of the estuary, a double bed & an ensuite with shower cubicle,basin,& wc, bedroom two has two single beds and bedroom three has bunkbeds (one on top of the other).Travel cot available for use in bunk room only.The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over,basin & wc. Bed linen,Towels t-towels not provided.
