Tan y Berth Hall is a large country house located on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, in the heart of mid Wales. The Hall was built in 1856 and is a lovely grand country house with high ceilings and plenty of room and character. The house is set in over two acres of grounds and has a lovely aspect with three sunny terraces, large gardens and a small wood. The surrounding area is famed for its natural beauty and the exquisite Tal Y Llyn lake is just two minutes drive away.
There are a range of facilities at the house to help visitors of all ages explore their creative talents. There is a music room with baby grand piano and harmonium, painting materials and an easel, telescope, microscope and binoculars which you can use to observe the abundant wildlife that regularly visits. The house is equipped with a large kitchen and adjoining dining room that can comfortably accommodate up to ten people. For those who are planning to visit during the warmer months there is an outside eating area that catches the evening sun. The lounge area is large and has seating for up to seven people in addition to an open fireplace and underfloor heating.
