From Chester follow A55 for North Wales to A470 turn-off signposted Betws-y-Coed, Llandudno and Llandudno Junction. The slip-road sets you on a roundabout. Almost coming full-circle, take the 4th exit off the roundabout to Llandudno on the A470. (Not Llandudno Junction!) Follow A470 into Llandudno for about 3 miles until the large roundabout on the brow of the hill where you can see the sea on the horizon and the town ahead. Proceed straight on along dual carriageway to next roundabout with The Links Hotel on your left. Turn right following brown tourist signs for promenade. As you approach the promenade you will see the sea straight ahead – turn left along the bay heading towards the pier. At the end of the promenade you will arrive at a junction by the cenotaph and facing the Bay Tree Hotel. Turn left away from the sea front and pier. Almost immediately you will arrive at a roundabout with a clock in the middle, go straight on about 100 yards to the next ‘mini’ roundabout and turn left into Chapel Street. Tiffany’s Cafe is on the left hand corner as you turn - you will see the ‘Tiffany’s’ name in red neon lights. No.9 is about half way along on the right-hand side – you should see the big No.9 sign by our gate from the end of the street. Welcome to Chapel Street. Free on-street parking is available depending on the time of day and there is a pay-and-display public car park almost opposite the house – look for the blue ‘P’ sign on the lamp post.
