The village of Abersoch has several pubs and a variety of cafes and restaurants as well as lots of tourist shops and 2 supermarkets. Popular activities in the local area include watersports, fishing, walking, bike rides, go karting and golf. There are also tourist attractions nearby such as the Welsh Mountain Zoo and the Snowdonia National Park.

There is an light and airy lounge and dining room with patio doors leading on to a balcony with excellent views over Cardigan Bay. Downstairs is a an additional lining room and large games room with table football and toys. The house has wireless broadband, Sky TV, DVD and CD player. Fitted kitchen includes all appliances and a dishwasher. All bedrooms have great views. One bathroom and one ensuite shower-room. Washing machine, tumble dryer and overflow fridge-freezer.
