A 5* modern, two bedroom holiday home within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park offering all the discerning self-catering holiday maker would want in a location that is hard to beat. The property is located within a two-minute walk of the safe and beautiful beach at Broad Haven. The house covers three floors and from the first floor balcony you can sit and watch the remarkable sunsets over the coast. From here you can scan the water's surface for signs of basking sharks, seals and mackerel. Further outdoor access is granted via the ground floor lounge onto the decked area with outdoor furnishings.

The accommodation itself consists of a fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and oven. The first-floor lounge leads out onto the balcony with seating area and sea views and includes a flat, wide screen TV with Sky channels, DVD player and CD/radio for your entertainment. A further sitting room can be found at the rear on the ground floor and contains two, 2-seater sofas and another TV/Video with Sky channels. The second-floor double bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite facilities and another flat screen TV with Sky channels; and the ground floor bedroom contains twin beds. This is adjacent to the family bathroom with bath & triton shower above.

Rooms Description

With a layout over three floors, this property offers plenty of scope for peace and tranquility even when fully occupied. The two showers with hot water available on demand ensure that everyone can make the transition from the beach to the restaurant with little waste of precious holiday time. With free Sat Sky TV on all floors, a DVD player, a video player, a CD player, spare scart sockets for the playstation/Wii and a selection of games, there is something for everyone to enjoy when at home. Personally, a good book, the balcony and a sunset does it everytime for me.

Specialities

Recently awarded a 5* Grading by Visit Wales, we make the comfort of guests our highest priority and have ensured that our beds, pillows, and duvets are of the highest quality and ensure a good night's sleep for all. There is no extra charge for heat, light or water so guests can use what they need as required. Bed-linen (but not cot linen) is also included in the cost of the holiday and is changed weekly. For the convenience of guests we supply the basic consumables i.e. toilet roll, washing up liquid; dishwasher tablets; cleaning materials; and salt & pepper. A complementary tray of tea/coffee/sugar together with a pint of milk is also available for guests on arrival. This is a child-friendly property: we provide a travel cot with basinet; a high chair; stair-gate; games, books & videos; children's cutlery and table-ware; a child's table and 2 chairs; beach toys; and have several children's wetsuits available for guests' use as well as water shoes of varying sizes.
