Welcome to Cefn Coch Farm self catering holiday cottages, rated four stars by the Wales Tourism Board and nestling in the foothills of the Cambrian Mountains. Our two cottages offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside and when booked together can sleep up to ten people. Converted from an unused stone barn called Llechwedd Einion, the semi-detached holiday cottages now offer modern, luxury accommodation set in a spectacular hillside location. You will find the holiday cottages about a mile above the hamlet of Glaspwll, near Machynlleth, above the forgotten Llyfnant Valley.

The unspoilt and undisturbed location of the farm is a haven for many varieties of birds, and an ideal base for keen bird watchers to see some unusual species from the doorstep. Recent sightings reported by our guests include the grasshopper warbler and redstarts amongst many others. These are definitely holiday cottages for the keen ornithologist. The nearby beaches and Dovey estuary offer some wonderful sightings of waders and other water fowl and the RSPB reserve at Ynys-hir is just a short drive away
