This luxury self-catering apartment is situated in the stylish and award winning Maritime Quarter development. It is also widely regarded as occupying the 'most choice' position, overlooking the majestic sweep of Swansea Bay and over to Mumbles Head. Gower - first to be designated 'an area of outstanding natural beauty' - is easily accessible from here. With the buzz of the City only a short walk away, you have everything you need for a relaxing, action-packed or fun-filled break. Located on the beach-front, this apartment offers outstanding views of the coast. From the balcony you can sit and watch remarkable sunsets, while yachts sail across the bay, and children play on the sand-dunes. Swansea Bay's sandy beach sweeps from the marina entrance at the mouth of the River Tawe to Mumbles Head, is approximately five miles in length and is bordered by a popular promenade. Within the Maritime Quarter you will find the marina filled with luxury yachts, cruisers and fishing vessels, restaurants, shops, pubs, a doctor's surgery and both indoor and outdoor leisure facilities.

There are 2 double bedrooms which can sleep up to 4 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and french doors opening out to the Bay. If you wish to fall asleep, or gradually awake, to the sound of the surf then this is the place to be! Bedroom 2 is adjacent to the main bathroom and also overlooks the Bay. Both are furnished with quality beds and crisp, cotton bed linen to offer guests the best possible night's sleep. The main bathroom has a full size bath with shower attachment; vanity unit; wash basin; low level WC and heated towel rail. We pride ourselves on our high standards of comfort and cleanliness.

Rooms Description

The fully fitted kitchen contains all the modern conveniences you would expect to find in a 5* rated property including a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and glass hob; and a large, open-plan diner/lounge. The lounge offers very comfortable seating on two 2-seater Italian leather sofas, a flat, wide-screen TV with digital channels; a DVD player and CD player/radio. From the lounge step through the double French doors onto the balcony which offers another 'al fresco' seating area.

Two features which make this apartment particularly special are: first, its spectacular beach-front location, offering guests the opportunity to lie in bed with the french doors open to the sea, listening to the sound of the surf and gulls and feeling the gentle sea-breezes wafting through the room. and secondly, its closeness to the city with all it's leisure facilities and practical amenities at your disposal.
