West Winds is a spacious self-catering property in the pretty village of Southgate on the Gower Peninsula, near Swansea. West Winds is approximately 100 metres from Pennard Golf Course, with its world-renowned links course, and fifteen minutes walk from Three Cliffs Bay. The local watering hole is even closer and there are numerous other pubs within a few miles radius. The Gower Peninsula has some outstanding scenery and beautiful walks. The property has a large private garden and patio with garden furniture for al fresco dining during the summer months. This holiday home is ideal for family holidays, groups of friends wanting to spend time together, walking holidays or golfing holidays.

The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The ground floor comprises a large living room with plenty of soft seating, flat screen television and DVD player. Off the living room is the games room housing a pool table, beer/wine chiller and various board games. The luxury fitted kitchen has an electric double oven, 5-burner gas hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The large capacity washing machine is housed in the porch. The dining room has tables and chairs and benches to sit 14 comfortably, a television and a CD player. All bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels will be required. Cots and cot bedding and highchairs available on request.

Rooms Description

The two bedrooms on the ground floor sleep four in one twin room and one king-size room. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a three-piece suite with a shower over the bath.Upstairs there are a further five bedrooms. Two twin bedrooms, one single and two king-sized bedrooms. One of the king-sized rooms has an ensuite bathroom with separate bath and large shower cubicle, plus a storage room for all the suitcases. The main bathroom also has a separate shower and bath. One of the twin rooms also has a separate cubicle containing a toilet and wash hand basin.
