Ground floor, Flat one is a one bedroom apartment with a double & single beds in the bedroom & a sofa bed in the lounge seprate kitchen & bathroom. Flat two is on the ground floor and has one double bedroom en-suit open plan lounge, kitchen & dinning area. Flat three is a first floor apartment with one double bedroom en-suit and bed chair in the open plan lounge area. Flat four is a first floor one bedroom apartment (one double & one single bed in the bedroom) & a sofa bed in the lounge, there is a seperate bathroom & kitchen. Flat 5 refurbished 2010 one bedroom with a double & single bed, sofa bed in the lounge, separte kitchen & bathroom

By road - off (M6 and M56) On to the A55 take the exit 18 for Deganwy A546, over two roundabouts follow the road for 3 miles approximate.
