The accommodation is just five minutes walk away from the promenade and beaches.This characterful Victorian townhouse on Langland Road provides self catering accommodation for up to 6 people just a few minutes walking distance from two stunning Gower beaches, Mumbles' promenade, & a variety of trendy shops, restaurants and bars. It has its own parking space & has been refurbished to a high standard with a lounge, & large kitchen/diner all with original period features. There are 3 bedrooms - a large double, a 2nd twin & a 3rd with bunk beds. We provide bedding & bathroom towels & a Welcome Pack of basic food items. We live next door so are on hand to help with any queries about the property or the area.
The property comprises of a large fitted kitchen with gas hob, separate oven, fridge/freezer , microwave, solid wood breakfast bar and bar stools and an original Victorian range. There is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and separate WC. Outside there is a decked terrace, accessed via the third bedroom on the second floor, complete with bbq and outdoor furniture. To ensure that your holiday is as comfortable as possible we provide board games, books, games, videos, some toys and beach items.
