A lovely seaside bed and breakfast in a Victorian house with direct access to the award winning Langland Bay. Dramatic cliff walks nearby leading from Langland Bay to Caswell Bay and Mumbles. The quaint seaside village of Mumbles - with its collection of unique boutiques, shops and restaurants - is a short distance away. A little further afield is the cosmopolitan city of Swansea and its cinemas, shops, the Welsh National Pool and the university.

Each day begins with a delicious home cooked breakfast served in our delightful dining room. Evening meals are available when pre booked. Our three course dinners are served with wine and pre dinner drinks. All meals can be enjoyed al fresco on the terrace, weather permitting.
