Situated in the Swansea Maritime Quarter, this first floor apartment is located on the promenade overlooking Swansea beach with extensive views of the sea and Mumbles Head. Located behind the apartment is the Swansea Marina where there are a number of restaurants and bars as well as a cafe and newsagents. The National Waterfront Museum is a few minutes walk away, as is the recently opened LC2 leisure complex, Dylan Thomas Theatre and the Dylan Thomas Centre. It is also just a few minutes walk from the city centre with it's vibrant nightlife and attractions.

This new apartment is located on the first floor overlooking the beach and has lift access and an allocated car parking space. There is a large balcony which overlooks the beach. It has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer and a microwave. It has an open plan lounge-dining area which opens on to the balcony. There is a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sofas, TV with digital receiver plus DVD player. There is a family bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with the master having an ensuite. The apartment is strictly non smoking. Regrettably, we can not accommodate pets. Bed linen is included. Towels can be provided if necessary.
