Clytiau Teg translated literally into English means 'pleasant plots of land'. This quaint self catering cottage can comfortably sleep up to 7 people, with extra room for a cot. The cottage has stunning views over Snowdonia and is located just 4 miles from Llanberis and within walking distance of several beauty spots. The cottage is pleasantly decorated and furnished to a high standard. Nearby, you can expect to find excellent places to eat in or 'take-away' on the occasion that you want a break away from the kitchen. As Clytiau-Teg is located on the lower slopes of Elidir, it is the perfect base for outdoor pursuits such as walking, climbing and mountain biking. Nearby places of interest include Caernarfon, Bangor, Anglesey, Snowdonia and North Wales! Attractions include The Welsh Slate Museum, The Dinorwig Quarry, Padarn Country Park and many more.

The cottage has two floors. The property comprises of a living room with dining area with a multi-fuel burner, a colour television, DVD player and a small Hi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, an electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms, one Master Bedroom with a double bed, a wash handbasin, a balcony with spectacular views over Snowdonia. The Master Bedroom also has room for a cot. Bedroom two is a family room with three single beds and the third bedroom is the smaller of the three rooms with adult size bunk beds, this room is located on the ground floor.

Specialities

Bedding, towels, tea towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be ready for you on your arrival as well as a basket of logs, a scuttle of coal and a made up fire. Grocery shopping can be arranged for your arrival for an additional charge. One well behaved animal is welcome and we will tolerate smoking as long as it is kept to the porch area only.
