Cerdyn Villa B&B - Llanwrtyd Wells
An idyllic guest house set in a semi rural location near Llanwrtyd Wells in the picturesque Irfon Valley, beautiful en-suite guest rooms, Welsh breakfast.
Cerdyn Villa B&B is a three star rated guest house set in a semi rural location about ten minutes away from the market square of Llanwrtyd Wells. The property is surrounded by fields, rivers and mountains and the town itself is officially named as the 'Smallest Town in Great Britain', with a population of around 700 inhabitants. The accommodation lies in a self contained annex and is available on a self catering or bed and breakfast basis. The guest rooms are located towards the rear of the house and overlook the fields where the farmer and his dog can often be seen working the sheep.
The accommodation lies in the heart of the Irfan Valley, just two miles from the Heart of Wales station where three trains a day stop, running in each direction between Swansea and Shrewsbury. Day permits can be obtained for fishing on the River Irfon for a small fee and mountain biking, pony trekking, walking, fishing, bird watching, golf and painting can all be enjoyed locally. There are a number of fine restaurants to be found in Llanwrtyd Wells and we are only too happy to recommend these to you. Various festivals throughout the year celebrate local food and produce, including the Gourmet Food Festival in April.
