We are pleased to be able to offer our guests clean, comfortable, high quality, self-catering accommodation at a reasonable cost. Situated in the heart of the Gower this 2 bedroom, mid-terrace, recently refurbished, holiday chalet is ideal for a couple, family or group of four to explore all that Gower has to offer. Located on Gower Holiday Village, & recently refurbished, the chalet bungalow has been equipped with quality fittings and furnishings. Only 20/30 minutes to Mumbles and Swansea. Very close to Port Eynon and Rhosilli Bay. Ideal location for surfing, mountain biking & rambling enthusiasts.

The bungalow is set in the heart of the Gower Peninsula, the first area to be designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty by the Countryside Agency on behalf of the UK government. The Gower Peninsula is amongst the most treasured landscape in the UK for its sandy beaches and hidden coves. Swansea itself has the curve of Swansea Bay, ending with the fantastic village of Mumbles. From Mumbles onwards you can walk for 19 miles following the coast all the way around to Llangennith visiting numerous bay, all with their own unique features along the way.

Rooms Description

The chalet bungalow is made up of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with two singles. Percale bedding is provided on all beds and allows our guests to feel as if they are in a hotel. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a newly refurbished shower room (no bath). The kitchen is open plan to the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob, oven, fridge (small freezer section) and quality crockery. There is a Sony lcd TV in the living room with DVD player and freeview channels. All bed linen is provided but guests are requested to provide their own bath, hand & beach towels. Electricity is provided free of charge, and there are storage heaters in all rooms.

Specialities

We have found that it is difficult to find quality accommodation at reasonable prices and have hopefully solved this problem for our guests. We aim to assure our guests of quality accommodation whilst our prices remain in the lower price range, ideal for walking/weekends in Spring and Autumn. We have been awarded four star rating by the Wales Tourist Board. The chalet bungalow is situated on Gower Holiday Village and guests have free use of the indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, in addition a games room and children's playground keep the younger visitors entertained. Gower Hoiliday Village is set on a very level site, which is unusual for the Gower terrain and is ideal for guests with limited mobility and very young children.
