Welcome to our beautiful new stone cottage full of character and charm, 10 mins from the spectacular Gower Coast. We are an arable farm and pet friendly.

Burry Farm Cottage attached to our 200 year old farmhouse is finished to a high standard.It can be let either self catered or on a B&B basis. Guests staying for 1 or 2 nights may prefer a home cooked breakfast!.The self catered option allows more freedom especially with children & pets. Burry is a small, peaceful hamlet in the heart of West Gower on the outskirts of Reynoldston and is an ideal base from which to explore the beauty of the whole peninsular. Our beautiful cottage has a lounge, kitchen and two bedrooms that will sleep six people. The lounge has a stone wall and exposed beams and feels very rustic. Two leather sofas, a TV and DVD player and a dimplex stove make it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the surrounding area. A newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven, hob and microwave.

If you enjoy the outdoors, Gower is the place for you! Why not visit Worms Head or Three Cliffs Bay and enjoy the breathtaking scenery which are both only ten minutes away? Swansea's new leisure centre is now open with slides and a surf machine and is a great day out for the kids! We have a lovely walled patio garden at our cottage which guests are welcome to enjoy. Why not have a barbecue or see how many birds you can spot on our feeders!? We also have an extensive vegetable garden and home grown produce is available to purchase when in season.

Rooms Description

The upstairs level of our beautiful cottage houses two bedrooms which sleep up to six people. Our family room is extremely spacious with a stone wall and three windows make it light and airy. It has a double bed and two single beds with room for a cot too. There is a large fitted wardrobe with shelves and two bedside tables with lamps. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp. It is west facing with views over our lovely garden and the surrounding fields. The shower room has a large step-in quadrant with instant electric shower, toilet and hand basin. We provide towels for your convenience. There is also a handy downstairs toilet.

Burry Farm cottage is within walking distance of Fairy Hill 5* restaurant, why not book an extra special meal! The King Arthur voted Swansea & Gower's Best pub is 5 mins by car. Transport is available for wedding guests. The property has no carpet only natural wood & tiled floors so may be suitable for people with asthma or allergies. We operate a no smoking policy throughout the property. There is off road parking and we welcome pets if pre-arranged with us.Gower has 34miles of coastline, dramatic cliffs, sandy beaches and picturesque villages a haven for walkers, horse riding and surfing.
