Hennyswell Farm is a beautifully decorated, semi-detached, character property situated in the village of Reynoldston in the heart of the Gower Peninsula. The village is well situated on the border of north and south Gower and has the distinct advantage of sharing the views from both landscapes. From the top of nearby Cefn Bryn, which dominates the skyline, visitors can see as far afield as the coastline out towards the Bristol Channel and Lundy Island, Devon and Exmoor. The Gower Peninsula is renowned for its stunning scenery and offers opportunities for a range of outdoor activities, everything from horse riding to walking.

This fully equipped self catering cottage is ideal for accommodating up to 5 people for a tranquil holiday on a working farm in the pretty Welsh countryside. The property comprises of a fully fitted farmhouse kitchen, living room and family bathroom, in addition to one twin and one double bedroom. Outside the large garden has a lawned area with patio and decking making the most of the fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage is within walking distance of the nearest pub and five star restaurant, perfect for when you feel the need to be catered for!

Rooms Description

The large living room has oak floors, stone walls and exposed beams with French doors leading to the decked outdoor area. There is ample comfortable seating and a character inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove, which is the main source of heating. We always have a plentiful supply of dry logs ideal for those cosy evenings in. A TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. The kitchen is complete with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle and toaster. The twin bedroom gets the morning sun and has drawers and cabinets whilst the double bedroom has stone walls, oak floors and a king size wrought iron bed. This room is spacious, with floor to ceiling windows and a sofa bed which can accommodate a fifth person, should you require.

Should you prefer bed and breakfast instead of self catering, this can be arranged. The cottage is non smoking throughout and pets are welcome by arrangement At our farm we grow fresh veg which is available when in season also free range eggs
