Delicious dishes are freshly prepared using local ingredients by Joss, the Cordon Bleu chef with over 20 years experience. The Paddock guest house is situated between the historic Preseli Hills and dramatic Pembrokeshire coast and is ideal for lovers of the great outdoors, be it walking, cycling or pony trekking, the countryside is stunning. Boat trips to nearby bird sanctuaries, the tiny city of St Davids and many castles, gardens and beaches make this a fascinating place for that well deserved break away.

Rooms Description

The Paddock has three luxurious bedrooms, all tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard and offering superior accommodation in individually styled bedrooms. All guest rooms are classically decorated with contemporary furniture and co-ordinated furnishings and fabrics. Luxurious cotton bedlinen adorns the very comfortable kingsize beds. All rooms have flatscreen TV and DVD, hairdryer and welcome tray. The sparkling bathrooms provide top quality ammenities: bubble bath, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bath sheets, robes and slippers. All rooms overlook the garden or the surrounding fields beyond. Each room has a few special extras to make your stay more memorable. You can make yourself at home sitting in the comfortable cosy sitting room in warm classic colours and fabrics in front of the wood burning stove with natural stone fireplace and slate hearth. Specialities

Joss trained at Winkfield Cordon Bleu Cookery School in 1988 and gained her diploma in Cordon Bleu Cookery. She then went on to cook in London for for large major companies in the directors dining rooms; She has cooked for many famous people and then went on to be a private cook for prestigious British families.
