Down a private lane and standing in its own grounds the Farmhouse is perfect for families with children, it can easily accommodate two families. Equally popular with Walkers and Climbers as a 'luxury' group accommodation. B&B option offered for specialists groups ie schools or other organisations. Many local ameneties such as the Sustrans traffic free Route 8 cycle track a quarter of a mile. Welsh Highland railway station to Rhyd Ddu, a desgnated Snowdon path, also a quarter of a mile. Great opportunities for relaxing and unwinding during your stay with fishing, boat trips, golf and hstoric gardens to name but a few.

Perfect for those seeking a welcoming 'home from home' accommodation to return to at the end of their day spent exploring. There are 5 well decorated bedrooms, a double, twin, 1 bunk, 1 single and a family king-size room. The kitchen has its original slate floor and all modern conveniences. The brightly appointed dining room has a large farmhouse table seating 12 and a Welsh dresser. The main living room has a huge inglenook fireplace dated 1812. French windows open into the sun lounge which has a bar football table and board games. A BALCONY with table and chairs overlooks the safe lawned garden with play tower and ample picnic benches. There's a COVERED PLAYBARN with scramble net, swings and ropes, which children are welcome to use, under adult supervision.
