No.9 is an elegant, cosy and well-equipped seaside town house, ideal for large family or social groups enjoying a 'get together', wedding or other special occasion. The house sleeps 16-20 people in 10 bedrooms and has a homely Victorian charm. Enjoy a summer holiday close to the beach with a stunning coastline and majestic mountains, No.9 is ideal for holiday makers of all interests. The Venue CymruTheatre & Conference Centre are within walking distance along with shopping and popular restaurants and bars.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and is tastefully furnished in a traditional style in keeping with the elegant original features. The house comprises 4 double bedrooms, 2 double with extra single bed, 1 bunk bed room, 2 singles and 1 king size which converts to a twin. 7 bedrooms are en suite. Downstairs there are 2 lounges to enable space for all to relax and enjoy separate activities or discussion if your group is on a "working" trip. The large dining room seats 20 and is adaptable for use as a meeting room. The well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for a self catering break. Outside there is a patio and BBQ area.

All our bedrooms are tastefully decorated, warm and comfortable. Many have orginal Victorian fireplaces and all are decorated and furnished to compliment the wealth of original features. 7 bedrooms are en-suite plus 3 further bedrooms.
