This beach front Victorian building has been beautifully renovated into modern apartments. Beach View is a luxury 1 bedroom apartment with office space and free WIFI. The apartment boasts an attractive king size bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath. There are stunning views of Snowdonia and the sea from the bedroom. It shares a lovely outdoor searing area with another flat as well as a Chef's kitchen with large table and chairs.

Llandudno is said to be 'The Queen of Resorts' and is best known for the impressive sweep of the Victorian Promenade. If this is so then West Shore is Llandudno's best kept secret only a short walk from town and the hustle and bustle is the real beach. West Shore is the quiet sandy expanse of beach on the estuary of the River Conwy. It faces the Snowdonia National Park on the east and the Isle of Anglesey to the west. There is so much to do we have a dry ski slope, golf, sailing, fishing, great walks and cycle tracks, even white water rafting for the adventurous.

Car parking space is available for Beach view. West beach has ample space at the front of the property to park. There is an outside seating area. No smoking. The Orme looms directly behind the property which is 5 miles to walk round, it has a cafe half way called "Rest and be Thankful". You can also bike or take the cable car or trolley train to the summit. Plenty of Golf, shopping at the newly built centre. From the apartments it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Llandudno town centre. Close by there are cafe's, pub, hotel, post office, hairdresser, fish and chip shop and a good supermarket for supplies. Saturday changeover day.
