With plenty of scenic walks and the Victorian splendour of Llandudno's seaside attractions close by, this cottage makes a perfect base for a family holiday.

The accommodation features a total of 2 bedrooms, consisting of 2 double rooms, sleeping a total of 4 people in comfort. The property benefits from full gas central heating and a traditional character woodburner. Other facilities include a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, freezer & washer/dryer (in utility shed), 2 x colour TVs, DVD, combi TV/DVD with Freeview (for use of Sky, please bring own digi-box & card), iPod dock, library of games.

One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub (award winning local ales) 3 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via steep drive down; best to reverse down for an easier exit. If preferred, guests can park in owner's private grounds nearby.
