Welcome to the Hafod B&B! Here you will be warmly welcomed by owner Jan who will do her very best to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Relax in our comfortable rooms that suit different types of travellers. Our Zen suite offers double bedded accommodation detached from the main house with its own access to a patio, where you can enjoy an evening taking in the wonderful views of the garden with a nice drink. Why not stay in our Annexe room that is in the house and provides light and airy twin bedded accommodation. In the mornings enjoy our healthy breakfast or a traditional full English if you prefer. We use many local ingredients as well as fresh produce from our very own gardens!

The Hafod B&B is greatly located in the beautiful Shropshire/ Welsh countryside, and boasts stunning views. If you enjoy outdoor activities there is plenty on offer in the local area with wonderful walks starting right from our doorstep, cyclists are also welcome. We are a haven for wildlife as well, you can enjoy sitting in our garden and seeing if you can spot one of our regular visitors including the Green and Lesser Spotted Woodpeckers, Buzzards, Otters and Black Voles. Why not visit the nearby Offa's Dyke or Llanymynech Nature Reserve for a day out. If you are interested in a spot of shopping Oswestry and Welshpool are close by, or visit Chester, Shrewsbury and Wrexham for a wider selection.

Rooms Description

Our Zen Suite is detached from the main house, in a tranquil oriental garden. The suite contains a double bed and ensuite facilities. The Annexe is a twin bedded room in the main house with wet room. This room is suitable for wheelchair users. Both rooms have central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview TV, hairdryers, radio and CD players.

Ample level parking available. We can provide a large selection of board and garden games for those rainy days or winter evenings in. We also have secure storage for cycles and clothes drying facilities. Packed lunches available.
